About Viking

Built From the Marine Industry for Demanding Projects

Viking Scaffolding Group grew out of eleven years of owner experience in the marine industry, where scaffolding, containment, and shrink wrap are held to a standard most job sites never see. Work over water, on active vessels, and inside secure facilities leaves no room for shortcuts.

That background shaped the company. Based in Rhode Island and serving all of New England, we took the discipline of shipyard work, U.S. Navy and Coast Guard projects, and applied it to commercial, industrial, government, and high-end residential construction.

Today, contractors call Viking for the projects that are hard to reach, hard to enclose, and hard to schedule around, and our crews travel to meet them.
